RETURNS & RETURN SHIPPING FEE
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Including all hardware, accessories, and instructions
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Products that have been installed, drilled, mounted, or show signs of use are not eligible for return. All hardware, screws, and accessories must be included for the return to be accepted.
To start a return, email us at support@mobl-living.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
A flat return shipping fee of $15.00 applies to all returns. This fee will be deducted directly from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if:
- The item is damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong item
For quick resolution, please include photos of the product, packaging, and any visible issues. Claims reported after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for:
- Installed, mounted, or used products
- Items with drilled mounting holes
- Custom-cut or custom-length products (if applicable)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you have questions about your specific item, feel free to contact us.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. For all other cases, please complete a return and place a new order for the replacement item.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the $15.00 return shipping fee.
Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
If a return is rejected due to use, installation, missing parts, or condition issues, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@mobl-living.com.
LIMITED WARRANTY
MOBL LLC offers a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use. This limited warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation or mounting
- Use on walls not structurally suitable for the rack (unsupported surfaces)
- Overloading, misuse, or hanging heavy/bulky items
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage not affecting function
- Modifications or alterations
- Commercial or industrial use
- Damage to walls, property, or personal items
Customer Responsibilities: To maintain warranty coverage, customers must:
- Follow all included installation instructions
- Ensure walls are structurally suitable for the rack
- Avoid overloading or misuse
- Use proper tools and hardware
Customers are solely responsible for verifying that their wall type, wall structure, and installation method are suitable for safely supporting the rack.
Warranty Claims: To make a claim, email support@mobl-living.com with:
- Order number
- Description of the defect
- Photos of the affected product
Confirmed defects will be remedied by repair, replacement, or refund, at MOBL LLC’s discretion. Replacement items may be new or refurbished.
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided for FOLD.ONE. All other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- MOBL LLC is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to wall damage, property damage, or personal injury resulting from misuse or improper installation.
- MOBL LLC’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages; in such cases, these limitations may not apply.
GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
