Shipping policy

We ship all orders from within the United States. Our goal is to ensure your FOLD.ONE arrives safely, securely, and on time.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If any significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.

SHIPPING TIMES & METHODS

We currently ship to the continental United States only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands), or APO/FPO military addresses. Any orders placed to restricted locations will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Standard shipping times: 3-8 business days (depending on destination)

We use reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the best available option for your area. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders, no minimum purchase required. There are no additional or hidden shipping fees at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update an address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@mobl-living.com. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has begun processing.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mobl-living.com

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive the wrong item or are missing any hardware/components, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

PREORDERS

If a product is marked “Preorder,” estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page. Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are available unless otherwise noted.
